Series Overview
The "Cultivating Classroom Excellence" professional development series offers Texas educators a comprehensive, research-based approach to elevating classroom practices in alignment with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards and the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS). Through four targeted modules, participants will gain practical strategies to enhance student discourse, strengthen classroom management, build vibrant learning communities, and maximize learning while resolving conflictst.

Module 1: Amplifying Student Voice and Collaborative Learning
Aligned with T-TESS Domains: 1.4, 2.3, 2.4, 3.1, 3.3

Module 2: Strategic Classroom Management for Texas Classrooms
Aligned with T-TESS Domains: 3.1, 3.2, 3.3

Module 3: Building Classroom Community and Student Engagement
Aligned with T-TESS Domains: 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 3.3

Module 4: Cultivating Learning while Resolving Conflicts
Aligned with T-TESS Domains: 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 2.4, 2.5, 5.1, 5.3

This series qualifies for 12 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits as approved by TEA.
